They have dedicated dates sorting, washing, and packaging lines and state-of-theart date paste, date syrup, and date sugar production lines. One of the key strengths at Al Barakah Dates is the capacity to store more than 40,000 MT of dates in cold stores, enabling them to retain the freshness of dates throughout the season. Date Paste, Date sugar and syrup is healthy sugar substitute. Best suited for pies, energy bites, date bars, muffins and other desserts.
