Shoei Foods (USA), Inc. a subsidiary of Shoei Foods Corporation, Japan, established in 1986, located in Olivehurst, California, now farms over 1000 acres of walnuts in northern California and processes in excess of 40 million lbs. Shoei is the world's first BRC Certified Walnut processor with a high quality Plant equipped with state of the art laser sorter and X-Ray equipment to supply safe and reliable Walnuts.

California walnuts are available in three variations: Jumbo & Jumbo/Large Chandler Inshell Walnuts, Jumbo & Jumbo/Large Howard Inshell Walnuts, and LHP80 Light Large Pieces, Light Medium Pieces, suitable for a variety of culinary applications.
